We travelled in Feb 2013 with Crystal flying from Newcastle to Geneva.2 adults, 16 year old son.
It's a shame there are so few package companies these days !
Thomson flights were fine, transfer, as usual, was long and many flights were consolidated on to same buses.
We had not been told in advance that check in to residence was unavailable before 5pm, this meant a hang about in a draughty cold sparse foyer for over an hour, not the best of starts.
When we eventually got in we unpacked cat and tried to swing it, not even a mouse could have been swung in the apartment !
However, it was warm which I guess is priority 1, and it was adequately clean, which was priority 2. Just a shortish (100metre) downhill walk from apartment to chaudanne/paquis chairs which open up all the skiing and wonderful snow meant skiing right back to the apartment was possible.
Pull out bed, bunks in hallway, a bit of cupboard space and seperate bathroom/loo meant we coped fairly well as we used spare bunk for storing things as well.

Don't forget to pack dishwasher tablets and loo rolls to save buying in resort.
We found Spar in Le Lac was better value than the local one in Lavachet. However, as Im sure everyone is aware, its a challenge being on a tight budget in Espace Killy !
Overall, apartment is decent value, depending on price paid. We paid around £1400 during school holidays and bought the essentials (ski rental, lift passes) online directly from resort. Ski hire is much cheaper this way than from buying through rep.
Outbound from Geneva airport was a nightmare, all charter flights are "cattled " into a small check in area away from main terminal, way too many passengers and too few staff meant a horrendous experience. Geneva certainly make it clear charter passengers are 2nd class !
