Small hotel in the towncenter. Not luxery but high quality compared to a very reasonable price. 
Fine breakfast. 
Park at Parkering Turenne.
Many different restaurants close to the hotel.
We use the hotel for a stop-over when we are driving between Denmark and southern France.  

Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are always very clean, although very functional. Breakfast is good and at a reasonable price. It is located at the very heart of Thionville, at walking distance to the train station and many restaurants

We certainly recommend the place and will stop at Hotel Les Oliviers in the future!  The location is excellent! The value (ratio price/comfort) is excellent. The bedroom was nice and the sleep quality was perfect. Only positive... maybe with one exception, a bath without handles to ensure safety and comfort.

Well located in center of pedestrian district. Very pleasant welcome. My room was small but comfortable, super clean, well appointed and quiet. Good wi-fi. Buffet breakfast is good value. There's a pleasant courtyard garden to relax or eat breakfast in. Two things to keep in mind: the closest parking is about a 3 minute walk and the hotel is four floors without elevator. So don't come here with awkward luggage. And there's no a/c. That's generally not a problem in Northern France, but these days you never know (the rooms do have fans and that's all I needed during a late July stay). All in all, this hotel is very good value. 

The hotel couldn't have been better placed, not far off the motorway and situated in the centre of the town. The hosts were excellent and couldn't have been nicer. There is a public car park within 2mins of the hotel and is fairly priced, it only cost us €3.70 for the night. The rooms are clean and there is shower gel and soap provided. When you leave the hotel there are plenty of bars, restaurants and takeaways within minutes which cater for most needs. The breakfast provided, chargeable, has a range of pastries, fruits and drinks and is an excellent start to the day. We enjoyed both times that we stayed to break up our journey, and we would definitely stay again.

Nice hosts, clean and comfortable with secure motorcycle parking at the back.

Really homely, we left a bag with our satnav and other bits at reception. They found out it was ours and returned it to us. They were courteous and professional and the hotel is right in the centre. Parking is in a car park around the corner - you take a ticket, even overnight, and pay when you leave (we paid just €4. Overall a very good experience. would definitely go back there.

Had a short but wonderful stay at this hotel. A warm welcome upon arrival. Impeccably clean room which was well kept, too.

I arrived by motorcycle and there is private safe parking in the courtyard for motorcycles and bicycles which is excellent.The owner met me (a fellow motorcyclist) and checked me in.Very friendly and helpful.The hotel is tired but clean and comfortable.No Aircon but the fan in the room kept me nice and cool so all worked well.Small room and not much space for luggage but it is slap bang in the centre so you can't expect much else.Slept very comfortably and left early the next day.

Great location

Simply just an excellent city hotel - the entrance is right at the pedestrian street leading to the central square. It is small but with a nice atmosphere. Clean, spacy rooms. Very helpful personnel. Breakfast is a bargain at 8€, can be enjoyed outdoor on the backyard terrace. Liked it a lot, would recommend it any time for a short stay.

Fabulous location in the center of Thionville

The hotel itself was fair.  The room was a bit tired but the bathroom was upgraded and was reasonable.  The staff were very polite and helpful and spoke reasonable English.  They provided a complimentary iron and ironing board.  The room lacked a fridge or coffee making facilities.  Breakfast was fair.

Decent hotel for the price

You cannot beat this simple but lovely little hotel right in the city center, a 10 minute walk from the train station. The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom bigger than in many French hotels. The owners were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast with a very pleasant outdoor patio available in nice weather. A perfect place to stay in Thionville!

Lovely hotel in Thionville city center

Travelling through to Geneva and was a good convenient location of the main A31 to stop for a night. The hotel is in the pedestianised city centre and the nearest public parking is 10 to 15 minutes walk away, although it was free on Saturday night when we stayed at the hotel. There are lots of bars and food restaurants around the city centre, which is very pleasant.

Citotel Des Oliviers Hotel, Thionville France

We stayed one night in a room with two separate bedrooms. Both rooms had a separate TV and what was especially nice - two fans, as it was relatively hot. Beds were comfortable and place was quite clean. It is located in the downtown walking mall area and so one needs to park in a public area but there was no charge for the evening hours.
