I come from Los Angeles and had heard about this place from friends and I wasn't dissapointed! This place is everything that I would have imagined. I was not dissapointed and had the most delightful stay in this beautiful house full of light, fresh air and beauty. I fully recommend this and wish I could have stayed longer. The rooms were amazing and the hosts are amazing I have never met nicer people. The food was incredible and it was so great to be so much in touch with nature. We really got the full french experience!

We stopped here on our way to Beziers for one night in May. The Hotel has lots of interesting items around and some superb pictures. We found out later that the host used to be a freelance photographer. Both hosts were excellent and were more than wiling to help with places to eat etc.
Breakfast was excellent especially the yogurts (home made).
A top place to stay and would recommend to anyone

Definitely an older style Chambre d'Hote staying with the family but we found spending time chatting in French made for a very fun evening and breakfast in a charming old house of character. Everything worked well, first time but expect more of a turn of the century (19th C) feel. If you like the style you will enjoy immensely but I suspect not for everyone. 
One area of improvement would be the directions, signage and maybe even arrival instructions

Thank you to Sophie and Hervé, for a wonderful week spent at the Singuliere, a family Home full of charm and history.
We stayed in the suite which has a private entrance, stairs leading to the garden, the room was comfortable and like the rest of the house beautifully decorated .
Breakfast was continental with home made jams and marmalade, freshly squeezed orange juice.
Dinner was delicious ( Aligot , Souflé , crumble !!) 
The House is situated in the wonderful region of Laveyron, clause by are the Gorges du Tarn , a magical place , full of interest and littered with castles, stones houses and wonderful scenery.
We highly recommend a visit,

Great Place To Stay

Definitely Chambre d'Hote

Delightful

I booked a suite for 4 persons with this hotel directly with the owners.  Unfortunately, six days prior to the reservation date my daughter ended up in hospital after a serious motorbike accident.  The owner however, deducted 100 euros from my account for this cancellation which l found slightly excessive giving the circumstances.  Had l gone through a booking website l think l would not have been charged for the cancellation as l had given sufficient notice.
