Fantastic
6 reviews"How would you like to have sea at your doorsteps," a friend of mine asked when collecting me from the station. "It would be great of course,"I said. "He must be joking," I said to myself. I knew we were going to stay in the hotel, but I had no idea where the hotel was located or what type of the hotel it was. After 30 minute drive along picturesque sea side towns, we stooped in front of solid iron gates and stone walls. After some manipulations with buttons the gates to the garage opened and we were inside. 'Voila,'I said getting out of the car, and going through the garage door to the garden. And here it was, the sea, stretching all way to the horizon. Old , tall pines, immaculate garden, and cute cottages spread along the premises reminded me the pictures from the travel magazines, however, this time all was real. Our cottage was located very close to the little bay, were fishing boats were mooring. The cottage was spacious, with large joined bathroom and toillet. It was very clean, but please note that there were no tea making fascilities, so you have to stock up on water. The hotel is situated 5-10 min drive from the town. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, and explored local boulengaries and restaurants instead. We also had a terrase and spent afternoons resting and enjoying sunshine there. The hotel has great garden, pool and bbq, and the public beach is next door. There is a sand bach and rocks just outside the hotel, but I would suggest going to the sandy beach as the rocks are very slippery and it can ve dangerous if the sea is stormy. We stayed there for 3 nights in the begining of September and hotel was very quiet. But during the season it gets very busy in those areas. I would highly recommend villa for its location and proximity to the seaside. It was one of the best experiences I had. I would definitely come back to the villa and would probably spend more time enjoying sunshine, sea and the views.
