Hotel very gloomy and salty, rude and invasive manager (he went back to the room for no reason!!!) The sanitation workers don't talk about it!

Not admissible

The hotel's dark, humid, dirty house, the manager allows himself to go into the room to talk... not even able to give a phone number for a taxi.

I disapprove!

A disaster, a horrible reception, a very dirty hotel, a very dirty breakfast or you eat bread, no Viennese food, a go-and-go permanent delivery driver who spend the night in their truck in the parking lot near the rooms, the latter using the showers and toilets of whether they call themselves a hotel for free. Avoid this place where you don't feel safe at all and you don't even dare to wash because of the old and cleanness of the showers and toilets.

Scandalous and Unacceptable

The room was not heated, there was no TV in the room. I left before I even went to sleep. It's not a hotel but a toddy. How does the group still leave it open. I'd like the assets on the phone to justify this.

We had booked for the night of Tuesday, February 7, 2021. When we arrived in the room, the window was wide open - so it was almost half of the room was flooded and flooded with a cold wind. After calling for the reception, we were placed in another room - not heated - or it was less than 10 degrees: the only advantage was that the cold hides the smell of cold tobacco which did not fail to appear as the heating painstakingly heated the room. Around 4 a.m., the temperature finally became unbearable, but the smell of tobacco became unbearable - without forgetting the noise of the four corridors.

the worst hotel in my life

I had booked for the night of 23/07/2021 & I arrived in the middle of the night and got my code to open the room at the auto stop but the door was locked, it was impossible to access the room and no one in the hotel to help me. I had to sleep in my car with my children 3 & 6 years old. Since (we are now early December 2021) I am still waiting for a refund, I have called customer service every month since July but my file is still running and they take note of my calls.

What can i say except that this hotel was a pure nightmare. I had booked two rooms for myself and my family online and paid for it with PayPal, and I had the booking ID and everything. However when I got to the hotel they said that we had to pay them again in cash, which was complete madness as I had paid for the stay online, however the staff there did not care about this and said that in order for us to stay we had to give them the cash value for the rooms, they would not provide us with any written confirmation that they were paid again, and told us to ask PayPal for a refund the next day after we leave, which is a disgrace. We had a small child with us and they point blank refused to check us into our paid for rooms unless i gave them cash. I contacted the Booking.com which is where we booked our stay who tried to resolve this issue but the staff refused to take their call for about 15 minutes with us standing there waiting. Tehy even pretended on the phone that they could not speak any English. Eventually Booking.com was able to provide us with an alternative hotel we could go to but that is a disgrace as it was already about 10pm and we now had to go to a new hotel because these people were trying to scam us. If I could leave a worse review I would but unfortunately there is no 0 star option here. I would have expected better service from such a large chain of hotels.

Terrible and Rude

We spent one night in this establishment where cleanliness is really worth checking out. As for breakfast, I advise you not to take it. Hygiene rules are more than precarious especially in times of COVID. Foods like butter, jams are not individually packed, no fresh bread and brioche. The dishes are just washed and left undried. Very noisy hotel just off the 4 lane and in the airline axis. We're used to going to F1 hotels, but after this bad experience, we're going to change the logo.

Disappointment

Dirty, noisy hotel, unfriendly reception, when I arrived I wasn't even calculated. Besides the heat in the room was suffocating because the window was open!!!! A lot of noise.... ok c'est low cost but c'est abused!!!!!

I found the price very competitive, sanitary in the room, which is not often the case in Formula 1.
