La Poudette

Due to an incident with our hire car we knew we would arrive late and were uncertain as to the exact location. Sophie the English speaking proprietor was unfazed with our panic phone calls guided us to our destination and ensured the Kitchen stayed on standby for us and was waiting in the dark to guide us into the car park. Rooms were spacious with fantastic French decor and fresh flowers. Breakfast in the morning was served at our request (despite Sophie's concern it may be too cold) in the garden and was superb made even better by the warm sunshine. Fantastic place to stay if you are exploring the Dordogne.
