Fantastic hotel, Superb service  and a wonderful breakfast. All these ingredients made for a very enjoyable stay!" Friendly staff especially the two managers .Lady that runs this hotel is really good and is very helpful.Great location,All round excellent 
Could not have been happier

Basic but completely adequate for the price and an excellent location. Julie the owner speaks good English and the staff were very friendly. The accommodation is basic but does the job. The good is good and plentiful. The location is great and easily accessible. The only downside was the bar not being open!

Adequate for our needs

Perfect Hotel

The place has very very basic facilities, only suitable for large school groups. The best way to describe is to list the pros and cons; food adequate and not bad, free Wi-Fi, everywhere is clean, not far from the lifts, hot running water, the Lady manager speaks English. However, the rooms and beds are barracks style, the bar is not open throughout the day and drinks are expensive, the staff don't speak English, NO toiletries.
For large school groups can be perfect, as they have Karaoke, evening events such as bingo nights and TV room.

Basic accommodation

Very good location. Lovely staff. Rooms very basic - just a small bathroom and twin beds with a wardrobe but clean. Can here noise from other rooms but perfectly adequate for a short break.  Nothing cheap in the Auron area during ski season but 80 euros is ok compared to other hotels

Ski break

staff are very rude, not willing to cater for your needs. they do the bare minimum to keep you alive. food is awful, stale bread all over the place, weird fish slabs and overall minimal portion sizes of absolutely disgusting food. rooms have mould everywhere, specifically bathrooms, many of my friends sheets have yellow stains and red stains on the sheets. feels like a prison not a hotel, scared to walk around as i’m nervous i might get shouted at by the horrible staff. overall awful hotel, this review comes after not even having stayed for a whole day, already feel this strongly against it. 

AWFUL

A place to avoid ! The staff was rude and not willing to help. I asked at arrival to charge the room in a different credit card than the one I made the reservation with, but they charged the room in the same credit card despite my clear request since the beginning to charge it in a different card. I asked if they could keep my baggage at reception after check out, and they did not want to in the beginning, which is not normal for a hotel.  Finally they agreed; I could not arrive at midday to collect it, but in the early afternoon, and I found my baggage outside  of the hotel where it could have been stolen !  The bed, was very uncomfortable, I woke up several times at night with a back ache. Extremely expensive for the service and the poor quality of the hotel.
