Home not terrible not easy to cancel one night, booked two nights but no one sick at noon disabled room booked for more than 15 days and there we learn no room force parliamentarian we still get the room No hot water,response you let go long enough,I answer yes,but no other answer!!

Dissatisfaction

Rather distant from the centre the structure is the classic of the big economic chains. Large parking but no covered and safe place for two bicycles, only one roof. The reception was very friendly and informal by the young staff. The clean room was very small and the bathroom, a plastic cabin, looked like those of cruise ships. A towel only available. The buffet breakfast was excellent and abundant. Nearby there are some supermarkets and a fast food. Enough for a night's journey.

It's a nice place not far from the restaurant, it's clean and well-insulated rooms, it's still a cold can, but maybe we haven't found the heating settings.... the beds are very good and the accessory is super...

A hotel for one night, by the way, it passes. The bed is rather poor, no sound insulation, the equipment in the room is broken down and the bathroom, finally the toilet/shower is really horrible, without the extra flavorless deodorant that lubricates the whole room  No restaurant at the hotel and breakfast is little varied.

Just for one night...

When I arrived at the hotel at 9 o'clock, a young woman told me that no reservation had been made in my name, I showed her the call at 5 o'clock which lasted 3 minutes with the correct phone number and she denied my reservation, so-called unfounded. It's 9 o'clock. I'm on the go every day of the week and this hotel hasn't found a solution for me. It's shameful. I've never had a reservation like this before. If your staff hasn't changed the location.

Shame on you

In recent years, booking methods have shifted to automated booking systems that have the flaw of having virtually no direct contact with the hotel. In this case, the answers - to the questions sent through a famous booking site used - have been quick, very useful, with a lot of patience. We didn't know if we would be 2 or 3. So we had to change the date and only for one customer because the others had to go home early. A lot of efficiency and courtesy. Reasonable price.

very quick to respond and helpful and courteous

The hotel was spotless and the surrounding area was kept very nicely. The receptionist was extremely helpful and very pleasant. Our room was exactly as pictured and the bed was very comfortable so we had a very good nights sleep.I was a little surprised to find that the hotel was on a retail park as it did not seem that from the photos but the double glazing is so good that it was very quiet in the room.Parking was ample and the hotel grounds are surrounded by a fence so it is reasonably secure.Breakfast was continental with a nice selection of ham and cheeses. The bread was fresh as were the croissant and the panne au chocolat. Fresh orange juice, cereals and more.Coffee was from a machine but there was a wide selection and it was very nice for me. All in all it was very good value for money and we had a nice stopover.

Our road trip

I'm used to staying in hotels for my job. I stayed there for two nights as part of my job. The first night I barely arrived, I was asked to make my first reservation. Curious because my company always pays in advance and I never have any problems. Not there obviously. After a heated discussion, finally the payment is found... but I still have to pay the stay tax (happily one night = 30 cents, but there it still is not for me).

First and last time

Having spent eleven months in this hotel the impeccable welcome room always clean personal welcome smiling information always in line with the customer's expectations I spent eleven months without any problems I recommend this hotel jpm
