Mohammed was very helpful at our unplanned check in. We were sent to the hotel across the street by Air France when their first flight was delayed and we missed their connecting flight. That hotel was completely dirty and unacceptable. We walked across the street and Mohammed was very helpful in getting us a room around midnight. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. In our time of need we appreciate his assistance. Very clean, large comfortable room with complimentary bottled water in the fridge, and a filter water machine in the lobby with fizzy and natural water. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. Would stay here again. Better than the surrounding options. Fiza helped us at checkout and was professional as well. Very good service.
