The room was much smaller than we realized. The bathroom was like an RV bathroom in size. Only got two pillows that may fit a twin bed size. All we needed was to sleep thank goodness, the shower i think would have been too small for us. Breakfast was nice.

The room was very small fir 3 pepole, no tv, or anything else, no onsite staff for checking in

Staff does not speak English! Asked for extra towels due to allergies with translator. She refused to give me extra towels. The gate does not open 24 hours. Luckily, someone at the neighbour property came with their truck and we left through that. It was a horrific stay. I would recommend anyone to stay. Staff at hotels and especially close to the border should speak at least 2 languages, which one of them should be English.

Reception times not as advertised, Closed at 2.30pm when we arrived. Auto check in couldn't find my reservation.Had to contact Hotel.com, they eventually found that I could check in from the hotel opposite (Kiriad). Bathroom is very small with its own silverfish !

we came verry late, but that wasn't the problem
We got a room and when we opened the door, the room was already taken!!
I went back to the receptionist znd of course we got another room.  
Even the other room was not clean.
Thankfully we were only there to sleep and leave early in the morning.
breakfast was ok for 5 euro.
I think the hotel needs a lot of renovation!!
of course we only  paid 26 euro for 1 night.

dissapointed

The price is good for what you get, but it's not an excuse for the things I encountered. In the bedroom on the top bunk there was a huge spider that had nested there.....the shower had some type of decorations full of mold....the hallway rug seemed to have been flooded...and then dried off and not replaced....so it had huge spots of water marks that were disgusting and ugly to the eye. I have stayed in this chain before and the check in and out was fabulous. All by yourself with a computer. Now they make you go to the nearby Kyriad desk to check in and out....which I though was incovenient.

Ok but not so ok.

The bathroom was ridiculously small compared to the other premiere classe hotels we have stayed in. If you are very short and slim then the bathroom might just be big enough for you ! This hotel needs a facelift and larger rooms. We stayed in room number 4.

Date of stay – 10 February 2017

It’s easy to find and there was plenty of space for parking.  We arrived just before 4pm, the doors were shut with a notice advising that check in was at the Kyriad Hotel across the car park.  After some misunderstanding over whether we had paid or not we were allocated room 10 on the ground floor.

The room was tiny and smelt of smoke, as it’s a no smoking hotel I can only surmise that the issue is caused by people smoking outside and the smoke drifting in.  The room was clean.  A standard size double bed which was ok but the pillows were lumpy.  The shower cubicle is very small and even though I am very slim it was difficult to avoid getting stuck on the shower curtain.  A soap dispenser is available.  Towels are provided.  There is free WiFi which works well.  The hotel is close to a Lidl and Carfore.  Local fuel prices are very competitive.

There is outside seating.  The hotel was quiet until about 5.30am when I began to hear traffic noise. 

If you want to visit Perpignan you need to use your car although if you walk to the commercial centre there might be a bus to take you in to the town.
