Good location next to the station and trams/buses. Staff welcoming, able to leave suitcase on arrival/before leaving. Restaurant next doo was good food and service. Comfortable room.

A walking distance to the main train station in Rennes. The rooms are pretty, spacious and very clean. Multiple shopping stores and dining options exist within a walking distance from the hotel

This hotel was a great find so close to Rennes train station. It was extremely clean and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. Although close to the station, it was very quiet. My room ( 106) has recently been renovated and it was spacious, airy with a large bathroom. The reception staff was friendly, welcoming and most helpful. The breakfast at 9€ offered a variety of cereals, yoghurt, pastries and cold meat and cheese. A really nice hotel and not far to walk to the Old Town of Rennes- about 15 minutes walk.

The man at the reception was very gentle and friendly.  Hotel is very good located,  in front of a Rennes's train station. Rooms are a bit small, but clean and light. The reception is open 24 hours which is good if you will arrive late in the evening. Where is an elevator for a wheelchair and bathroom and toilet good adapted for the people with special needs. Where is a step at the entrance but if you ask at the reception they can put a ramp for a wheelchair.

Le Paris-Brest hotel offers a convenient and comfortable stay, especially for travelers arriving by train, as it is located just a short walk from the train station. The staff are exceptionally nice and go out of their way to ensure guests have a pleasant experience.

The breakfast at Le Paris-Brest is a highlight, with a nice selection of fresh and tasty options to start your day off right. The overall ambiance of the hotel is welcoming and cozy, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring.

One area for improvement would be the bathrooms, which could benefit from a bit of renovation to enhance the overall comfort and experience. Despite this, the hotel provides good value for money and is a solid choice for anyone visiting the area.

Great location in a pedestrian area very close to the train station. Very helpful staff. Would return.

Perfect for our needs; simple, modern, bright, clean, modestly sized rooms. Roll out of bed and straight to the bus station. The breakfast is good and the welcome very friendly. It could do with a little more internal and external sound proofing.

The hotel is right in front of the train station, easy to spot. Seems fairly new and the decor is modern. The room itself had enough space for the two of us for a short stay and the bathroom was a bit small, but enough for us. The room had blackout courtains and the bed was comfortable. The staff was always very nice, spoke good english and kept our bags the last day. 
There was a breakfast option but we didn't have it. The city center is about 15 minutes walking distance but it's easy to reach. There are plenty restaurants near the hotel though.
Would stay again!

Convenient and Comfortable Stay at Le Paris-Brest

Great hotel find near station.

Well located

It's across from the train station, is the best one can say for it right now. However, they seem to be doing a lot of renovations, the entire first floor was under construction. It was what I expected for the price but an alarm (maybe fire/smoke) went off around four in the morning right outside my door and it took more than 30 minutes to get it turned off.

Took a long time to check in due to some mix up, room was an oven, had near zero sleep on first night. Second night switched our room and were given a fan, which was slightly better, but still couldnt sleep much. Either shut windows and die in heat, or open and have a hot room full of mosquitos.
