I chose this small hotel solely because of the price. However, this is not the only advantage of this hotel. It is not very far from the train station, although it was not important for us, because we arrived and left Reims by bus. We were met by a handsome young man at the reception. The hotel is typical for France, there are many of them in Paris. Narrow stairs, toilet on the floor, but there is a sink in the room. A minimum of furniture. It's quite normal.
