Spent 4 nights at the Toison D’OR with my friend our first visit, it has exceeded our expectations. Spotless everywhere. The most beautiful palm trees and flowers throughout the whole site. The beach was a 30 second walk from our Kasai and it is literally paradise. Clear blue water with beautiful scenery of the mountains. As expected, the restaurants are expensive averaging at 40€ a meal. A beer is €8/9. We would most definitely return to this place. Our ONLY criticism was we ate a burger and chips at the cafe flora and the beef burger had no seasoning and lacked flavour, we couldn’t eat it.
