This is a family run French hotel. The food, service and ambience were excellent all week we stayed. Breakfast was ample and dinner offered a selection of starters/mains and desserts all prepared by the chef. We were there when the local strawberries and asparagus were in season and they were outstanding. After a days cycling to return to the heated pool and dinner was just great. We 6 stayed 7 days, were sad to leave, and despite all our cycling didn't appear to lose weight. Perhaps we should try harder! Lack of AC wasn't an issue for us due to season.
