Grand Hotel Plombières Les Bains

My room was a spacious single with comfortable bed. The window opened on to a French balcony looking up the valley, with a grand view of the delightful Roman bath town of Plombieres. My room was clean and the bathroom, equally spacious, was in perfect working order. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the public spaces are comfortable. The hotel gardens have benches and rest-beds. There are sufficient and generous parking spaces for cars. Public access to the Roman Baths is just a short walk from the hotel, so too alternative places to eat and have a drink. The town also has a collection of antique/bric-à-brac shops to have a nose through. If you enjoy traditional French history and culture, and are looking for a get-away type of place with character, then you will like this place.
