Résidence Côté Sud Peypin

Travelled to these apartments as part of a holiday and to attend a friend's wedding. They are located just outside Peypin, part of a strip of towns including La Bouilladisse, La Destrousse and Peypin itself located near to the A52 motorway (although you cannot hear it from the hotel). A car is needed to access these towns as the hotel is located a couple of kilometres out of town, nestled within a forest. However, it does provide quick access to the town of AIx-en-Provence (about 15 minutes away) and the Cote D'Azur (Cassis, La Ciotat) in about 20-25 minutes. Aix is a lovely city and the drive between two lovely towns, Cassis and La Ciotat on the coast road is amazing. The local towns are less impressive, but there are a couple of supermarkets for supplies, a McDonalds and an excellent restaurant in La Destrousse. The apartments themselves were clean and well-equipped with cutlery and crockery, a two burner hob, fridge, microwave and washing machine and are reasonable spacious with a large patio area. There is one double bedroom and one sofa-bed in each apartment, a TV showing French TV and wired (not WiFi) internet which was handy. The reception is only open from 9am-1pm so you need to make sure you arrive between these times, and the staff are generally friendly and efficient. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would definitely consider returning if we came back to this area.
