The location is the by far the best thing about the hotel. It's very close to the underground and in the heart of St Germain. We walked to almost every major tourist attraction in town. I recommended it only for short trips when you want to see as much of the city and as little of the hotel.

Great if you don't stay in too long

Beware, doesn't look as good as the photos! In need of a renovation. If you're sensitive to noise, bring earplugs especially on the weekend. Communication with the management was difficult and not so positive. Best thing about it was the location.

Won't be returning

This is a small hotel in the heart of St. Germain. The location for the price of the hotel is unmatched. Yes the rooms are smallish, the hallways/stairs are tights, and there is some outside noise but this is Paris and if you stay here you are surrounded by night life and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here and the value for the location cannot be beat. 

Little hotel in the heart of St. Germain

I cannot comment on the quality of these apartments as I never got to stay there. I had booked an apartment in advance but there was a difficulty with my credit card, so I sent on details of my brother's card (as he was to stay with us) and contacted my bank to make sure that my own card was working again within a couple of days. I also requested that they let me know if they had any problem processing the payment but got no reply. I was packing to leave early the next morning with my children when I got an email out of the blue saying the booking was cancelled. I rang back within a couple of hours (as soon as I saw the email) but my booking had indeed been cancelled without notice and there was no availability on the night we were travelling. The webiste stated that the last available room had been booked earlier this morning even though I had only received a cancellation email in the afternoon. When I rang the receptionist was singularly unhelpful and unpleasant. In spite of the good location I was very disappointed with the unprofessional way in which I was treated and would not recommend this business to anyone.

Appalling customer service

This little hotel was the best choise! I had a great time in here! whenever you compare the prices all around saint sulpice the difference is incredible! and you can cook your own food if you want! I stayed 2 times in this hotel, very very well situated, just in the middle of Paris! walking I could get to the "quartier latin" "NotreDame", luxembourg, Louvre! every thing is just beside, and you have very good restaurants all around, and the market!!!! just at the end of the street. The first time I stayed in the front apartment, very nice room, charming! with the little kitchenette to make my own breakfast as Paris is a very expensive city. It was like having an apartment in the middle of the city and I just loved it! The second time I booked a room on the back yard, there was no kitchinette as it was cheaper, but I had i nice little room (and now I understand, my french friends explein me that in Paris every thing is small as all of them are very old buildings) the room was very clean, and very calm to finish my travel in France. I couldnt ask for more, very nice price, very independent, excellent location, kind staff! ring the door bell, say your name, get to your room, pick up you key, and be a "parisien" for a couple of days! I loved it!
