A lovely little hotel in great location. We were given a warm welcome when we arrived and all the reception and cleaning staff we encountered were very friendly. Our room (standard double) was spotless when we arrived and matched the photos on the hotel website and booking.com. The bed was comfortable. Other reviews have mentioned the walls being thin, and complained about noise. Our room was on the front/side of the hotel overlooking the road, and it is true that you can hear/feel the trains/metro it is not loud. We didn't hear any other guests whilst we were there apart from once when people were returning to their room. In summary, we didn't find noise an issue during our stay. The location is excellent, being close to the station, metro and the Seine. Notre Dame and many other sites are easily walkable. Would recommend walking down the Seine on the south/left side from the hotel to Notre Dame. It looks like the interior of the hotel has recently been updated. There was building work going on on the exterior of the hotel whilst we were there but as we were staying over the weekend this didn't affect our stay. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel so cannot comment on that. All in all, excellent value for money.
