Booked for family and were given rooms on the 3rd floor, overlooking the garden. Rooms were spotlessly clean, with very comfortable beds and were soundproofed although, even with the windows open at night, it was still very quiet. Apartment kitchens are well equipped for making snacks/ basic meals and everything is supplied (cleaning products and towels). The location was perfect for exploring Paris and surrounded by a variety of cafes, restaurants, bars, shops and access to public transport, with ATMs nearby. The 24hr drinks machine in the reception was useful outside of breakfast hours with hot water, hot chocolate, coffees and teas available. However, the best thing about Citadines are the staff. Everyone we met was fluent in several languages, friendly ,helpful and very polite. Nothing was too much trouble for them and ,because of this, we will return to this hotel in the future. Montparnasse tour, just around the corner, is worth a visit.
