Kudos to outstanding front desk staff; Snejana, Myra, and, most especially, Sonthaya.
There were some issues, but more kudos for how quickly and efficiently they were addressed.  Mistakes happen, and staff appeared sincerely distressed and acted quickly to correct.  So high marks all around.

This is our second stay at this hotel. The location cannot be beat, especially if this is your first visit to Paris.
The rooms are cozy, lovely and for most of them, quiet. 
The breakfast buffet may be one of the most generous and delicious of all the hotels we’ve stayed in.
They also take security very seriously which is a nice touch.
We would love to return.

Amazingly central location for everything in Paris on Avenue des Champs-Elysees with many beautiful Resturants within easy walking distance.  The rooms are quiet and staff exceptional to me the only place to stay in Paris .

We arrived from the US earlier than check-in so our room was not ready.  The hotel is on a major street with tons of shops and cafes that we had a lot to keep us occupied until we received word that we could check into a room and freshen up.   The reception staff, specifically Myra, was extremely kind and helpful.  The housekeeper always greeted us with “Bonjour!” and a smile.  The concierge staff, who reached out to me prior to our arrival, was very kind to send up a nice amenity to include delicious macarons that my husband absolutely loved (he doesn’t usually care for macarons but ate them all here)!  The rooms could use a little updating but it has all of the essentials and is spacious.

In Paris the Champs Elysees is the centerpoint for all the action ..and Mariott Paris gives you ringside view of the magnificent sights and sounds of Paris .

Very close to nearby attractions, the Arc De Triomphe is about 5 minutes walking distance. Top stores of all world famous brands nestle around for your attention and also a number of nice cafes offering the best of French food , coffee and dessert dot the area. 

The rooms are very nice with all the  fittings and furnishings tastefully done.  Has lot of storage area and very good amenities in the bath too. As a SPG Platinum member got an upgrade to a larger room on the top floors  which was a big bonus and delight . The staff from the concierge to the reception to the restaurant and business centres were super warm and hospitable .  The restaurant  in the lobby floor has a nice business like setting and offers a superb selection of food , juices and beverages for a sumptuous breakfast . 

All in all a great 3 days in Paris with the full warmth of Paris Mariott Paris at Champs Elysees.

Great experience, amazing location, luxurious reception, big rooms, fully equipped rooms, with coffee and tea machines and free supplements, compliment mineral water every day, moderate breakfast, very friendly staff.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is great and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. We were in Paris to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday and the staff really went above and beyond to make her feel special. Would highly recommend.

The only hotel on the Champs Elysees! We had such a wonderful time and the staff was truly phenomenal. We celebrated my husband's birthday here and they pulled out all the stops with champagne, chocolate strawberries, and more desserts! They were also very helpful with recommendations for the city. It was also perfect walking distance to metro and shopping!

One of the most helpful hotels I’ve ever been to. The rooms are clean and cosy. The service is very co-operative. They offer skip the line tickets for louvre and other facilities. I lost my charger and they charged my phone for 3 days which was extremely kind of them. Staff speaks fluent English, always offering help.

Have stayed here many times and if you have not been your missing our a home form home.
Super food and the reception staff  are exceptional.
Just left and can’t wait to go back a must for the regular traveler.

Great location, spacious and comfortable rooms!

Chilled out Pairs trip  with Mariott , Champs Elysees

We had a very warm welcome and they family room that we had booked was very spacious and comfortable.
Even the checkout The was very Good and quick.
Food quality and taste is very good, but the problem is inconsistent service.
At the breakfast Restaurent the service is very poor. For example it took 10 min and 2 reminders for a hot glass of milk.
We had to wait min 5 to 7 min to be seated every day.
And the worst was when a glass broke and the waiter was least interested to even ask the team to clean it, that’s a safety hazard.



Best location....but service.....

I always like to start my reviews with the people...
At the time of my stay, all the people working in this hotel were really very kind, happy, positive, helpful, professionals! I must congratulate the team of Marriott Hotel Champs Elysees for that first of all. 

Apart from that, the hotel is in a very convenient top location. There is nothing to add on that! 

I went with my family for tourism. So I chose this hotel and I do not regret it at all. I wasn't there to spend much time inside the hotel. But for all the time I spent inside the hotel, I was completely satisfied. 

Some more comments: 

ROOMS: As I mentioned, I went with my family so I took a family room with 2 queen-size beds. Bathroom in the room is spacious with a shower AND a bathtub. 
There are smaller and bigger family rooms. "Bigger" have a small living room area too. "Smaller" only have an arm-chair and a small coffee table. Of course I prefer the "bigger" if it is available. I was lucky enough to get the "bigger" version in my second and third nigh of stay. One other positive thing about the rooms, that I feel I need to share is that they had a lot of lights! In most hotel rooms you have low light or few lamps. In this hotel you can switch on all the lamps of the room if you like and really feel awake ;-) Or if you prefer of course you can switch on only a few lights and create an nice atmosphere to read a book or watch a movie on the 60 inch TV screen. 

LOBBY: The lobby was OK. I really didn't care much about the lobby, because I only used the lobby ... once or never ;-) 

RESTAURANT: It has a nice cozy restaurant overlooking the Champs Elysees Avenue. You can have a light lunch or light dinner or simply drink a coffee. 

LOBBY BAR: It has also a lobby bar if you wish to drink a coffee or a drink waiting for your friends or family to come down... In any case you are not going to stay inside. You want to walk around and enjoy this beautiful city. 

BUSINESS MEETING ROOMS: Unless you are there for business, so you can definitely use one of the meeting rooms to cater a meeting of yours. 

BREAKFAST: The breakfast is very good too, offering all that a 5-star hotel should offer. 

I have only one "negative" comment to make: inside the breakfast area, somewhere in the middle of the restaurant there is the cook who prepares the fried eggs and the omelletes etc. BUT they have NOT "Cooker Hoods" to absorb the frying pan smells, therefore if you go down for breakfast with your clothes ready for a meeting right after your breakfast, you are going to smell like a cook! ;-) I think this is the only disadvantage I can find for this hotel and I say this as a very friendly advise to think of a solution for this. 

Apart from that, I definitely recommend this hotel for families.

Wonderful Stay in Paris

Very helpful 

The lobby here is very nice and the location in Paris, especially if you like expensive shopping cannot be beat. It's in the center of Champs Elysees with multiple Metro stops within walking distance. 

All that being said, the rooms themselves are pretty dated and beat up. They carpet was worn, the bathroom could use a new shower/tile, and the price for $ is exceedingly high. Luckily, being a lifetime Marriott platinum member, we paid with points. There's no lounge, so breakfast was included for being platinum. The staff was great and the breakfast was also quite good. 

Overall, good hotel with great staff/location, but the rooms themselves, don't really warrant the prices they charge.
