During a tour stay, my mom forgot her cell phone in her room and due to the schedule could not return to collect it. When I contacted the hotel by phone, Mr Akli helped us find the cell and secured it at the reception until another tour guide arrives at the hotel. Thanks to Mr Akli and other hotel staff for their kind and helpful handling of the issue.
