Le Grand Chalet et Spa Private Hotel

This hotel deserves 10 stars. So my husband Bo gave 5, and I'm giving another 5. :-) My husband and I stayed in the Panorama Suite from July 21-28, 2018. There are so many things that we loved about the chalet: - BEAUTIFUL CHALET The Panorama Suite is huge. It is a sizable one-bedroom apartment with a living area, dining area, and full kitchen. It is so comfortably big. I feel like I'm coming home every time I get back to the "suite." The decor is modern, new, and absolutely beautiful. The view outside the window is breathtaking: 180 degree of Alsacien villages, vineyards and mountains. - INTIMATE AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE The hotel owner Sébastien is gentle, friendly, and professional. He is best BEST host we've ever met. He brings us breakfast every morning, he greets us when we leave the chalet, he welcomes us when we return. He helped us book a doctor's appointment, tennis lessons, and all the meals during our stay. He is just the nicest person, always smiling and so genuine. AND he is talented. He actually designed the chalet himself. - ATTENTION TO DETAIL The cleaning service is impeccable. We always return from a day's activities to the cleanest and most tidy suite. Lovely chocolates are left for us at night. Thick foam floor mats are placed beside our beds. All amenities are 5-star luxurious. The cleaning service even helps us organize our stuff a little bit so that the suite looks tidy morning and night. (Highly appreciated!) Everything needed is thought of and provided, including a high efficiency washer/dryer and laundry detergent. If there is one fault at this chalet, it is that it is too big, beautiful and comfortable. We almost don't want to go out to do sightseeing! We just want to stay "home" and enjoy the lovely chalet.
