Super noisy area! Transportation noise in the morning and drunk heads talking right next door at night until 3am! Even after the staff talking to them, those dumbos don’t seem to care!

Nothing special, but a comfortable and convenient place to spend a night on my way to Italy. 5 minutes walk from (beautiful)  Nice station. They were not doing breakfast when i stayed in early October.

A great hotel located in the centre. It is close to many restaurants. It is walkable to most areas. There is a train station near by. The hotel staff were friendly, and my room was cleaned everyday.

Very nice hotel and great location! The staff was helpful with storage of our luggage on the last day as well.

Airconditioning worked well,Good noise isolation from the street with double glazed windows.Shower reasonable size.Electric kettle had no lid, two small paper cups provided for tea or coffee.Wifi didn't work using provided info until reception staff entered new ssid and password, this worked until the next day, then same issue with same solution again. Bed mattress too soft.Room upgrades rough around the edges.Stack of toilet rolls in lobbyConstruction materials left at bottom of staircase.Ok value.

Air condition took a little while to cook the room, otherwise very good.

SCAM! Took my deposit and never gave it back because somehow they don't have any record of me staying there despite Expedia sending them proof multiple times. Plus their WIFI wasn't working and they kept saying 'the engineer will come fix it.' Avoid at all costs.

We had a really wonderful holiday staying at this hotel!
We traveled on April'23 with 2 small kids and the hotel was beyond our expectations. It has a very good and central position, it is very clean and the staff is very kind. 
We really enjoyed our staying. We strongly recommend it!

BE CAREFUL BECAUSE THEY ARE ROBBERING !!!!!  
When you arrive at the hotel - the reception asks you for 50€ (this is not written publicly anywhere, you don't have it as a rule on the booking or website).  The explanation they give you is as follows - they will keep that money if you do some damage in the hotel or if you smoke in the room.  When I asked if they have smoke detectors, they said that they do and that they are very sensitive - but if it happens that people go outside for a smoke and when they come back to their room, their wardrobe smells of smoke, so it bothers the guests who  they come after them.  Then I asked how they will know if I smoked outside the hotel and if someone should sniff me and I wonder how they have the right to charge me 50€ because I smoked a cigar outside the hotel???  I asked them to give me in writing that they took 50€ from me and to write for what reason they did it - and they told me that they don't have that and that they just take money from the guests because that's the rule of the hotel!  To my question - how can I prove that I didn't smoke because it would be my word against theirs - they told me again that they didn't have an answer to that either.  When we were checking out, they sent some guy to the room and the receptionist insisted that the room be empty.  When he came, I was still in the room and he asked me to leave because he prefers to be alone - so I said that it was my right to stay in the room because I don't know if he could set something up for me and pretend that it was me  did that.  Visibly angry, he just looked at the room and said that everything was OK and they had to give us our money back!  The staff is extremely unkind and rude, the rooms are dirty and full of bugs, you don't even have a trash can, the wifi doesn't work, the alarm beeps in the hotel all morning because they are doing something and they didn't even inform the guests about it.  When you arrive late at night - no one checks you, so it is very unsafe and anyone can enter the hotel!!!  The worst experience in life and I suggest everyone to never go there!!!
