Great location, staff and facilities. Made to feel very welcome even though we hadn't pre-booked. Easy walk into Nevers and all its amenities. We will return.

We stayed in this site for a week so that we could explore the wine routes of Pouilly Fumé and Sancerre. The campsite team were extremely welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond with making our stay a memorable one. It’s a short walk over the bridge into the town of Nevers, a lovely little, very old town with a few restaurants and cafés to choose from. We had breakfast out a couple of times and a superb pizza at a local pizzeria. The site is on the river Loire, affording magnificent views towards the town. We will definitely visit this site again.

As said the Camping is Excellent and the location nice.
In the contrary the city of Nevers don't offer very much. 
We had problems finding a good restaurant in which having dinner, many were closed, at the end we found...

We stayed for eight nights and only used our car once (to visit Apremont). The campsite facilities were good. There was plenty of shade and sun, so we could sit as we preferred. We walked in and around Nevers several times, and really liked it. We also walked the advertised "Ver Vert" trail, and along the canal branch. 

A really thoughtful campsite, well maintained & well run. The facilities are clean and adequate. A great location for exploring the area. A friendly welcome on arrival and a lovely view of the historic town of Nevers across the Loire River from most if not all pitches.  The town is a short walk over the bridge where there are plenty of bars & restaurants.

Very Nice camping next to the Tarn. Very Good sanitairy accomodations. We just stays overnight. It will come back

Great location for visit to town of Nevers. Sanitary facilities very good, mixed sex facilities. Personal opinion that hot water in showers could have been hotter. Staff spoke enough English to get by booking/enquiry details. Thank you.

A tiered site on 3 levels looking across the Loire to the cathedral. Very convenient for exploring the city EHU distances rather stretched for some pitches. Staff very welcoming and informative. Toilets etc. Rather tired. 

Stayed here for four nights and we were very impressed with the location of the site. Right next to the Loire and by a bridge that takes you straight into the centre of the beautiful little town with lots of history. Only a five minute walk. 
The site itself is adequate with a small cafe/bar near the reception. The facilities were kept quite well considering how busy the site was and our pitch was of a good size overlooking the river.
We would use this site again if we were in the area.

We stayed here for one night as we were passing through. It was a pleasant site with lovely views of the Loire River.
We had dinner in the restaurant and felt very sorry for the lady working there, it was grossly understaffed and she was under pressure.
