We arrived quite late but were greeted warmly. I was phoned a few days before to confirm my reservation and all was in order when we checked in. Breakfast was simple but excellent and the service was caring and efficient. The room was spotless and roomy by budget standards. The location isn't terribly lovely, across the street from a supermarket and it did take a good ten minutes to walk from the train station with our cases but it was safe and the hostess was very helpful and provided a map. We rented bikes for the day and had a great time in Nantes. We had a whale of a time and would definitely return to the hotel. Highly recommended.
