Lovely apartment in fantastic central location.

A beautiful building located very close to the landmarks but very quiet private road. Carpark right in front of the house.

Beautiful apparment, perfect location. The host is very kind and the service of the host is perfect. Also possible to rent a parking space. Love to stay again when we are in Nancy. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel in fantastic location and with parking front of the hotel. We were very satisfied about it.
Breakfast was served to the room because Covid which I don´t like so much but I understand the situation.
There was fridge, ventilator, coffee machine so generally everything what you need for your stay. We were very satisfied.

I don´t like bath solution in the room. Generally bath was in the room, without door and only glass screen between which we really hate it. But its personal.
Room was full of spiderwebs on the top. But rest of room was clean.
For breakfast we also prefer some salty things as ham, salami and etc. It was completely sweet version. But again its our personal taste.

This is an excellent place to call home in Nancy.  Ideally located between the main square (Stanislas) and the park (Pepinaire) and close to restaurant row.  The rooms are clean, neat, and very well-appointed with stylish, contemporary furnishings.  There is everything you need to make it home.

It is very calm place even it is only 1 minute away from the central plaza in Nancy.  with lot of tourists. You can anjoy also the park just in front of the door. In only few minutes walk you can reach nice restaurants.

We had a great stay with fantastic after service. The breakfast is good but expensive for what it is. However it is compensated with a great location, nice rooms and friendly staff. Such a calm place so close to the heart of the city was really fantastic. 

This small tiny hotel has it all; location, comfort, friendly and helpful staff, easy parking at front of the hotel, and last but not least…reasonable price. Great place, can’t wait to be back.
Are some stairs, but Vincent takes care of the heavy luggage…

We have stayed a couple of times at Vincent's Hotel Particulier. Vincent is a great host, the rooms are really first rate, the location superb and there's parking in front...and no noise. This is by far the best deal going in Nancy.

Amazingly well planned and decorated room. Quiet, view of the park, and located just off the Place Stanislas, the most beautiful place in Nancy. Near restaurants.

Weekend in France

One of the best options in nancy. Great apartments with everything you need. All details and even more are taken into account. Very nice to live.
All moments, from booking, registration and departure, everything is fine.
Vincent is very hospitable and ready to help on any issue.
Accommodation in close proximity to the park, the windows overlooked the garden. Very beautiful.

Best place to live in Nancy

We had a great stay for two nights. The hotel is located in the centre of the city. Everything could be reached within a few minutes by walk. Very quiet surrounding next to the park. Private parking lot can be booked as well as breakfast. The room interior was super. Coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher and a little kitchen. The bed was comfortable. The staff (Vincent & Aurelie) are such friendly persons who also have a few recommendations what to visit in Nancy. All in all... Perfect!

Excellent, friendly and nice rooms

Very nice, cosy hotel. Perfect place in the old center of beautiful Nancy. Near some good restaurants.
Owner very friendly with good tips for the city. 
We stayed just before Christmas. The place is near small Christmas markets and nice shops. 
We stayed in appartment Pierre, nice with enough space. Good rain-shower. Breakfast is good. 
We will come back. 


Perfect stay

We had a lovely stay in this large stylishly appointed Nancy apartment, with a full kitchen and perfect location sandwiched between the city park and Place Stanislas. The host couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodative. 

This is not, however, a hotel; more like a BnB. There was nobody at the desk upon our arrival, so we stood outside for several minutes waiting for the host to arrive. There are flights of stairs to get to the room, and breakfast is not complementary.  None of that detracted from our stay, but it should be noted nonetheless.

More Like an AirBnB than a Hotel

Very pleasant the experience at the Hotel Particulier  Nancy France.The Hotel is really very "particular" (in the right sense of course) starting from it's location: it's established in the heart of the city, in between the marvelous and gorgeous public park called "La Pepiniére" and Place Stanislas the main square of the city, that's considered one of the most beautiful of France.The hotel it's easy to reach and got a large possibility of parking.Vincent the owner a very nice guy, kind and hospitable welcomed to us. After showing us the room, He gave to us the city map underlying the most important place to visit. Vincent must be also a gourmet, because of the restaurant that he has indicated to us was definitely very good.All the rooms are located at the second floor of the building. Our room, was intended for three people so that it was developed on to two levels.The room has a small but functional kitchen, and all the windows on the park side, it's very comfortable furnished with style and personality, located in a very silent environment that allowed us to sleep very well.Very good the products of beauty.The only minus but not for us, was the lack of an elevator.We advice it the most.

Bellissima sosta a Nancy

I had a wonderful stay at L'Hôtel Particulier. I know Nancy pretty well, having made half a dozen visits over the past few years. L'Hôtel Particulier is unique -- a very small property in a great location close to all the major attractions, right off the Place Stanislas on a secluded side street. The innkeepers are very nice -- attentive and responsive to your needs. I would definitely stay here again.
