Guests arriving after 17:00 should contact the property in advance using the contact details provided in your confirmation. The room rate includes: water and electricity fees, bed linen and towels, pellet burning stove and cleaning products. Beds can be made upon arrival for an extra EUR 15 fee. Please note that the following amenities can be rented on site: - Bath robe: EUR 3 per person - Pool towels: EUR 2 per person - Slippers: EUR 3 per person - Wellness kit (bath robe, swimming pool towel and slippers): EUR 7 per person. Please note that beds are not made for your arrival. Guests can either make beds themselves of pay a EUR 15 extra charge to have all beds in the chalet made for their arrival. Please note that an end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. Guests can choose to pay the fee or clean their accommodation themselves. The fees are as follows: For stays of 1 to 3 nights: EUR 50 per chalet per stay For stays of 4 or more nights: EUR 80 per chalet per stay. Please note that guests can reserve a mid-stay cleaning service for an extra charge of EUR 15 per hour. Guests can also purchase dishwasher tablets on site for an extra charge of EUR 1 per tablet.
