Hotel was smart  clean and the added bonus of a swimming pool We had booked this hotel because it had a restaurant on site but on arrival was told it was shut because of covid with no apology If this had been on the website we would have chosen a different hotel

The staff at this hotel are great, it is the second time in have stayed with work. The restaurant food is excellent. The decor is just very old fashioned and the rooms are really functional with no character. Despite the old fashioned bathrooms, showers are good. 

Stayed at this hotel 18 months ago. Room OK. Pool was useful in very hit weather. Food in restaurant is very good.

Comfortable room with good shower. Got by with my poor French at reception and in the restaurant. Food was excellent (3 course dinner giving great value) with service to match. Did not use the pool as too cold in April! The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the town.

This hotel is a 10 minute walk from town with no real restaurants or bars any closer. The hotel restaurant was closed when we were there.  Good reception staff and a good cleam room. The pool area was great after a hot bike ride. Recommended if you dont mind a walk to town

The hotel was good with a nice pool but unfortunately the restaurant had just closed down. This means you will need a 5 min drive into Marmande. 
Friendly, helpful staff and comfortable rooms with air con. 
We used it as a stop off prior to picking up our boat from Le Boat at Le Mais de Agenais. 
A supermarket (Carrefour) is a 5 min walk away. 

Lovely place everything you need except the restaurant, this has closed down but everything else was perfect

The hotel is ok, nothing special but clean, ok breakfast etc. closed bicycle parking is offered. Around Marmande we couldn't find any four or five star hotels.

Nice stay

Friendly lady at check in. Ground floor room was small but clean. Decent bathroom, comfy bed & good shower. Breakfast was as basic as it gets, so just something to get you going. Tbe hotel is not manned 24 hours so beware if you need this. The "restaurant" is part time and serves utterly terrible food. Literally inedible. Even the white wine was off and awful.The worst dining experience ever. DON'T try it, trust me on this.
In summary, ok as a stop off.

Quirky, but clean

Rather strange place with an almost nightclub style interior. Huge tv in the large room with lovely bathroom. Nice staff.

They seem to frequently close the restaurant even in high season, which is a bit of a problem as there are not too many choices nearby. We ended up having a picnic in the room bought from the supermarket two mins away..

The town of Marmande has completely changed it's centre into a one way nightmare, Satnav gets totally confused. Best to take the northern main through road to reach the hotel avoiding the centre of town.
