Golf Hotel

We only stayed one night on our way home to the UK after holidaying in Bordeaux. The Golf Hotel is positioned at the top of Le Tréport within its own wooden grounds and the detached chalets have their own parking space which is very convenient. Our welcome host on reception was most helpful, explaining how to get down to Le Tréport harbour by means of the cable car which is a short walk away from the hotel. The room itself was well appointed, our only negative would be the lack of a duvet instead a really old fashioned blanket and sheet. Having said that the bed was a super king size and very comfortable. The room could do with a kettle, with tea/coffee making facilities but we know this is probably just a UK offering and not usual in European hotels. Before departing we had the continental breakfast which was served in a room adjoining the reception area, adequate but lacking in a variety of cold meats mainly cheese.
