Clean, quiet and great value rooms. The garden and views across to Mont Saint Michel are wonderful. The owner doesn't speak any English but is a master of mime. 15 minutes to local shops. Good continental breakfast with homemade jam and juice. 

We had a wonderful stay! The owner Marie-Brigitte Faguais is a very nice woman. The breakfast items she served were all made by her, jams, yoghurts, pastries. very fresh! The breakfast room had one long table so you shared the space with the other guests. This is a great way to connect with the other tourists and share experiences. The garden at the ferme was lovely. Marie-Brigitte has tables and chairs set up with a view overlooking Le Mont St Michel. So after our day exploring the Abbey we sat down, feet in the grass with some snacks and a bottle of wine. A perfect evening to end our stay! We would definitely go back to Ferme Saint Joseph.

My wife and I stayed at the Ferme St. Joseph in August 2021 of our fall France trip.
We have stayed at the 18th Century farm many times.  The owner and manager is outstanding.  There are apartments, suits and regular hotel rooms and she also has an indoor swimming pool.  Our suite was excellent with an unblocked view 
of Mont St. Michel and is in walking distance to Mont St. Michel.   It is one our favorite places to stay in France and we had another heart warming experience.

We had a comfortable room with a gorgeous view of Mont St. Michel. It is a perfect location away from the crowds and within walking distance of the shuttle to MSM. Easy parking on-site. We took advantage of the location and visited MSM when the abbey opened in the morning and again in the evening. The island is empty in the evening. Breakfast includes homemade breads and jams. Marie-Brigette Faguais, the owner, is very welcoming and efficient. She does not speak English, but understood my attempts at French. This is a well-run B&B. They have chickens, goats, and 3 friendly and well-behaved dogs. This is also a great location as a base to see other sites in the area. We enjoyed one side trip to Dinan and another along the Emerald Coast. A local town, Ponteron, has a boulangerie on the main street (84, D776) with great sandwiches. Ferme Saint-Joseph was a perfect place for our visit to Mont St. Michel and the surrounding area.

Really enjoyed staying here. Accommodations are clean and spacious. Awesome view of the Mont outside our window. Breakfast was good. Also enjoyed being on a farm to see goats and chickens. The two dogs are very friendly and greeted us when we arrived.  Price is great also. Do not hesitate to stay here. 

My wife and I stayed at the Ferme Saint Joseph in June for 6 days in one of the apartments with a beautiful view of Mont Saint-Michel.  We have traveled in France for 45 years and the Ferme Saint Joseph is one of our favorite places to stay.  Marie-Brigitte, the owner and manager of the bed & breakfast / gites, does an outstanding job of making you feel welcome and appreciated.  You can walk to the bus that takes you to Mont Saint-Michel and can take drives to explore Brittany and Normandy.   We have stayed at the Ferme Saint Joseph many times and always have a heart touching experience.  

I cannot fault Ferme Saint Joseph. The view is to die for and my daughter and I felt very welcome. The breakfast is lovely too. The walk to the navettes is lovely 10 minute stroll. A great opportunity to practice my French too with Marie Brigitte and the other guests. 
If your room has a view of the Mont don’t draw your curtains at night - wake up, sit up and look at the Mont in the morning mist. It is breathtaking.

Beautiful view of MSM from our room. Big room, nice bath and very good breakfast. Marie-Brigitte was a great hostess but not much english spoken here. Setting is to die for even in the morning fog. Could walk to shuttle if need be. Relaxing yard area with your favorite chickens nearby. Wouldn't think about staying on MSM. This was perfect for us.
