La Borio is a small B&B located on the road entering Bousquet d'Orb, in the heart of a region with beautiful scenery and wonderful scenery. Ray & Veronica are the proprietors, he a wealth of information on the local history and she a wonderful cook. And both engaging and charming hosts. Our meals at La Borio were simply the best we had this trip, and every trip (a half dozen since 2006) through France, Italy and Spain. They are served family style, around a large kitchen table. Our walks in the region were again the best of all our walks or hikes, and this we attribute both to Ray's knowledge and style (and Veronica's picnic), as many similarly beautiful vistas have been enjoyed all throughout Europe. The rooms are clean and spacious, and those in La Borio (renovated barn) are well crafted with stone walls, iron bed and tiled floors, marvelously rustic yet with modern comforts. A simply wonderful experience.
