I had booked two rooms.
Neither room had a toilet brush !!!!!
I asked the lady at the front desk for a toilet brush.
She said that there is no toilet brush in the whole hotel.
That's incredible. Is that really true.
It is unreasonable for the guests and the cleaning staff.
The toilets are pooped.
The year before we had always toilet brushes.
The bedspreads on the beds are shabby and need to be changed urgently.
The ancient phones in the rooms recall the thrillers of Alfred Hitchcock.
These phones are used by any person. The phones remember the visit to the German Democratic Republic a Museeum.
Maybe used Fidel Castro and his brother still such devices.

When we pulled into the carpark we thought we must have the wrong place as there were kid's running round and people sat around that looked like they lived there, our room was awful with a tiny caravan like bathroom, no main light,there were 2 long hairs in my bed and a curly on my pillow (yuk),I slept in my clothes!! The worst place we have ever stayed in. 

One night stop over 

The hotel was on an industrial estate, when we pulled into the carpark there was what looked like asylam seeker families everywhere. children playing and toys all over the landings, they where not there for a short stay. The room was very old, the lights were broken. The shower was not too bad but I used my own towel! Luckily we were on the ground floor and on the end of a block. Even so I kept looking out through the night to make sure our motorbike was still there!

Don't go!

We felt it necessary to leave a review in English so our fellow countrymen would not have to endure a night in this hotel.
After 10 days of camping we (as a couple) arrived at this 'hotel' as a convenient stopover on the way to Calais. It was by far the worst accommodation we'd stayed in. Attracted by the price, we pre-booked online but the pictures were very misleading (none were shown of the room). The place even looks crummy from the outside and is very dated. We were told to pay on check in, and when we got to the room we realised why. 

There was no carpet, only linoleum which obviously hadn't been washed in a while. The decor was awfully dated with puke brown blankets, curtains and dust sheets with holes. The bathroom was a dingy plastic cubicle with no soap at all and only 1 towel. 

Being on the ground floor with a window facing out to the empty wasteland, we felt unsafe throughout our stay. The window has no proper lock and having now read some previous reviews about theft we are not surprised. 

Other reviewers have had many problems with bed-bugs, however fortunately we had no problems with this - maybe just a stroke of luck.

The staff were friendly and provided maps of Troyes and various other help. There is free wifi in the rooms, but you don't even get a proper light in he room, just one little lamp.

Bit out of the way on a windswept industrial estate.

Would not recommend anyone staying here. You do not get your money's worth.

The only thing 'fast' about this hotel was the way we left.....

Do not expect to access your room despite booking it    We arrived at 2am with our kids on th way to skiing. Reservation unknown. Had to leave and drive through the night after 30 mins in the freezing cold using the automated system that had no record of us
