Camping Les Etangs Fleuris

What a great campsite! This was our first experience of family camping in France, and this was our first campsite and it has set the bar high! It is a lovely quiet campsite, after 10/11 at night the campsite was silent which was amazing. The pitches are nice and flat, and good ground for pitching a tent. The facilities for the campsite are excellent, there is takeaway restaurant (where you can order bread for the next day and pick it up in the morning), there is a pool - which was essential in the summer heat, and the toilet/washing block was very clean. The campsite is ideally located for a trip to Disney (30 minute drive), and would be ideal for a day trip into Paris as well! There isn't much in the small town near by, Touquin, a bakery, a small small, and a Tabac, but there is a larger supermarket about a 15 minute drive away. After staying for 5 nights, we were moving on to a campsite in Paris city itself, and I really regret doing that, rather than staying another 3 nights at Camping County Park. The only downside to this campsite, and I mean the only thing, was that as a tent camper, there was no facility for fridge hire, or a space in a fridge-freezer for us to store our own food and drinks - however the restaurant very kindly did freeze our ice packs for our cool box. If there was fridge-freezer hire, or a fridge-freezer room or something, then that would be perfect! I would more than happily come back and stay at this campsite again if I was in the Paris area!
