This is a 2 star hotel with 5 star service. From the moment you enter the hotel you feel welcome, the breakfast food is fresh and plentiful and the coffee excellent. The rooms are very clean, basic furniture and a small shower room but more than adequate and the beds are very comfortable. There is free, private and easily accessible parking adjoining the hotel and the tram stops are very close. A perfect place to stay if you are doing business or visiting a hospital in the area. Inexpensive and 2 star but the kindness and friendliness of the staff/owner goes a very long way.
