We arrived with no reservation and were greeted by the non English speaking owner, we conveyed our request in pigeon French. We had a quiet room at the back of the hotel up a flight of spiral stairs with a rope banister. the room was very clean and recently refurbished. the shower was good with plenty of hot water. The owner opened the bar for us. breakfast was a good continental breakfast, with freshly baked products the pain chocolate was still warm. would defiantly use this hotel again. Very convenient for ferry ports
