9 La Beauficerie

This was our third stay at La Beauficerie, and it was just as good as our two previous stays. It is very convenient as a stop over to or from the ferry ports which we have done although on this occasion we were heading home via Le Shuttle. It is a place of great character with quite peaceful surroundings. We always make a point of spending a few days here and take the opportunity to explore local places of interest - such as Le Mont St Michel, Dinan and the Normandy beaches are all just about an hour away. The en-suite bedrooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. Liz and Alan are affable hosts who provide a generous breakfast including fresh breads and pastries together with a good selection of coffees and teas. We look forward to our next trip to Northern France and a stop over at La Beauficerie.
