We spent 4 days and 3 nights at the hotel and I can say that the photos on the site are not the reality of the hotel. The reception is small but overall clean with a small fresh drink dispenser, no hot drink dispenser or sweets. We had room 115 in the first wing, the room and small, the carpet was really stained, the sheets are clean but the lid on it was torn, but the bedding and very comfortable is the only positive point. There is a small window that is used for passing, and there is a very small TV, the bathroom and small but overall it's nothing but the shower curtain, the bathroom level products, it's really clean and there's nothing dry or small hair, it's not a nice breakfast in the hotel, the lid on it was torn, but the bed and very comfortable is the only positive point.

Not a terrible hotel

If you like the '70s...this is the right address Very average school with a rough and hard to understand French A room with a tainted carpet, 0 decor, a rolling shelf blocked upstairs, a TV on a desk on the side of the bed, a shower curtain (hygiene?) The sheets are clean, parking available, 50th at night In short.

Visiting on a regular basis

We spent one night in this establishment, very poor receptionist, very unpleasant receptionist and barely speaking French which would not have been a problem if it had been more pleasant. Dogs accepted but from a certain size charged 15€. And for that price the dog has to stay in the room.

Very bad experience

Don't book this hotel which illegally charges the amount of a booking normally canceled under the terms offered. I have been waiting for my refund for 1 month!!!! My calls and emails remain ineffective!!

The rooms are very clean and welcoming. We sleep well and have a nice breakfast.

Nice hotel.

This hotel has a very misleading collection of photos. The rooms are worn down, the cleanliness at the limit of acceptance. The staff operates adequately and friendly. Our first room had dirty towels, a very dirty shower-curtain, a broken table and no curtains to a tiny window - see pictures attached.When requesting a new room, we were given one immediately. This second room was acceptable - see pictures attached.Overall our experience was very disappointing, since we expected a very different experience from the clean and modern looking images the hotel provided.

Disappointing

This hotel deserves a refreshment in terms of decoration (painting, furniture, sanitation), but it has the essentials and the bed is comfortable.

Hotel located just after the pond in the city center of GIEN. We recognize that the period is very awkward ️ with this COVID. Average hotel façade, average PRO reception. Tariff at service level. Minimum cleanliness in the communes. Private parking (you still have to know or tell us). Spacious room, super comfortable hyper bed, TV, wifi?, SDB separate but old but, WC separate. Everything was acceptable but old and not super clean while we are in full COVID and its does not smell the household product. No toilet kit, no coffee kit, and difficult to abstract from the noise of the closets even a bathroom from the neighbors' toilets.... fortunately what time was it not in?!?!
