Please inform Coin Aubrac Pôle Détente in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. If you expect to arrive outside check-in hours, please inform the property in advance. After booking, the property will contact you to arrange payment as well as an appointment to collect the key. Please note that that you are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport. Bed linen and towels are included in the rate. Cheques, cash and Cheques Vacances holiday vouchers are accepted methods of payment. Please note that charges apply to access the spa. These charges do not apply in case the guests book the Superior Apartment with Spa Access (2 Adults) or the Standard Apartment with Spa Access (2 Adults). Please note that the use of the kitchen is charged EUR 20 per stay.
