on WhatsApp and very flexible. The room was large and clean with complimentary water bottle and espresso machine, WiFi instructions, basically everything one might need for a short stay.

Perhaps it’s the translation, but it wasn’t mentioned this was in someone’s home. We’ve never stayed somewhere like this but the owners were lovely and they have a cute and quiet little dog.

So weird! You really feel like you're in your sweet home! Very clean, lovely spaces, very easy access, from outside and from the house entrance to the hosting area. The distribution of the functions (beds, sofa, shower area, basin and toilet, in this area is so practical... You really feel like you're home!

Very nice place in a beautiful town. The owner has designed the house herself, it hosts three chambers for rent. It's a perfect mixture between a charming place and a modern, comfortable building. Sunny terrasses are included. The place itself is charming and close to Fontainebleau and its forest and castle. Car can be parked either outside or on the premises of the house.
Breakfast (not very abundant but rather correct) delivered at the convened hour.

A beautiful place in a beautiful town

This B&B should be considered as a small hotel. 
Bad breakfast. You are left with a tray full a processed food (in a fridge, hence cold). For small eaters and not for gourmet. No eggs, no fresh bread. But what about french bread and croissants ???!

Bathroom is described as "luxury" but could not see why (no hair dryer at our time).
The terrace is described as private on the website but is only private for the "aubergine" room. For the other rooms, you have to share the terrace, so have no intimacy.

Also, do not expect to share much with the hostess. She clearly makes it for the money but moreover to be told that what she designed is beautiful.

You can not have tea and coffee at the same time as there is only one power point.
Having said that, rooms are clean and the decoration is modern but not cold.
And you can park your car in the private court.
