Chambres d'hôtes Les Chalands

We selected this B&B as we wanted to spend a romantic and peaceful week-end in the nature. From the outside, it looked like any other type of B&B, but once we came in, we immediately understood there was something different. The room was very nice, high standard for a B&B, parquet on the floor, decorated with attention to details and very big with a bedroom, a living room and a quite big bathroom!! The bed was very comfortable and overall very quiet and relaxing, just as we wanted. It was a lovely and warm place. The best part was in the morning, when we were waked up by the smell of breakfast and baking cakes. The breakfast room is very particular, it has personality. It is small but this makes it even more cosy. Everything was hand made, from the wide range of jams to the different types of backed cakes and breads. the morning was nice and we could enjoy the breakfast on the small terrace and seating on a big table with other guests. The owner was very nice in serving us the breakfast. This is the type of B&B that I would love to visit!!
