When I arrived, I noticed that the refugee shelter was in poor condition, and the noise of the night prevented me from sleeping, and I felt unsafe.

I can't sleep

A short-term welcome, a noisy hotel, close to the National 7, long-term tenants without any hassle, minimalist comfort, a lifeless neighborhood, inefficient sound insulation... to avoid!

The Disaster

Unchanged napkins and sheets, endlessly flowing broken water, hosted all year round, contemptuous and disrespectful reception knocking at your door at their convenience to tell you that you need to change rooms quickly enough now that a simple room is released because the one you are staying in is more expensive when you made a reservation on B**king and they are the same ones who make the mistake the day before to assign your room to another passenger (money gain first of all!).

I'm not a respected man!

Looks like an hostel, very basic but clean, poor breakfast. To consider just in case you want to save money. There are no restaurants close to the hotel, we had to take the car and go to the city center. 

Just for saving money 

I was able to see several rooms, because we were several to have booked, unsanitary hotel, water and heating not doing very well, the top of the bed which is actually the cover is stained, there is mold all over the room and the bathroom... the rooms smell bad.

Scandalous

OK, so France is pretty well known for it's range of cheap but functional roadside hotels, but here the bar has been lowered quite considerably

The hotel physically appears to be a few shipping containers bolted together in an "H" shape. Tiny porthole sized windows. There is an automated check-in machine outside (which was out of order). Enter into a dark and dingy reception area, where a very friendly receptionist processed my arrival with no drama (I was pleasantly surprised there).

Room is accessed by a 6 digit code... Room itself quite small but adequate for someone staying one night. Basic bathroom (not hot water left for my morning shower... or maybe there never was any). Outer bedding badly stained, however sheets, pillow, and towels were perfectly clean.

Unfortunately I forgot my 6 digit room code in the room, and on returning from an evening out was locked out of my room. These hotels do not have dedicated on site staff at all times, so luckily found a Post-It note of the broken check-in machine with a mobile number to call in case of emergency... Someone answered after the second time of calling, and gave me my code over the phone... I was very grateful at the time, however I could have been anybody which is a breach in security

Breakfast quite basic, but then again for €5 what more could one expect

Overall I would not stay here again, (I'll book in time next time at a more mainstream hotel), however for those on a tight budget the hotel should serve the needs of many

Refugee Reception Centre?

50 meters from the highway, this place is unlikely. It looks like an old Formula 1 hotel but a thousand times worse... hygiene is beyond the limit: carpet, stained beds, moulded in the shower, torn door tower, damaged paint... You get three beds in a room that's five square meters at most. No hot water on Saturday and Sunday nights... and the managers don't even apologize.

Can this pretend to be a hotel?

The hotel is clean, not noisy. Staff friendly, they give us a very small room, i ask them to change it, and they did without extra charges.   Location 1 hour drive to Paris, 5 min drive to the shopping centre. 
I will comeback there anytime. I forget free parking.

Good value for money

Poor location from downtown Evry, bad rooms and bathroom but if you want to spend little and be content, it's up to you, the bed is comfortable but probably dirty because I scratched myself all night.

If you want to spend a little!

The hotel is conveniently located 3-5 minutes from the green-age suburban train station in zone 5. After reading the reviews about the hotel, I doubted, but it turned out that I wasn't mistaken. My room was small, but generally comfortable and clean. From the minus floor tiles and bed sliding on the floor, if sitting back on the wall with the back. With the first one you can fight with your shoes, the second question I decided by putting under the legs of the newspaper bed. :) Among the pluses, good ventilation (even when the shower was not showery), good plumbing (although the bathroom is small), good Wi-Fi. At the next station (3 minutes) I found a supermarket and a great price point for food. But this is probably the best place to go in this neighborhood.
