We stayed for one night at Hotel Suisse and were pleasantly surprised at the standard of the double room with en suite shower room at a price of 40 euros a night. It was clean, freshly decorated and the shower had plenty of hot water. The location is great if you want to be centrally located in Le Havre, steps from the market and many of the excellent restaurants and cafes. The owner is charming and very hospitable. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
