We returned to this very special Hotel on the banks of L'Yonne. Rooms are comfortable ,and include Chef Alain's "special breakfast" which includes a huge variety of special local products , and is a feast in itself! Alain's Table is crammed with gourmet treats, the result of decades of experience, and the service is attentive, but not overwhelming . We had a thoroughly wonderful time . The wine list features a cornucopia of local burgundies , suitable for the palates of the most discerning clints! In fine weather , dining en plein air on the banks of the waterway, is and added bonus ! Comfortable Hotel , Great Food, wines, and superb , First Class service . Can't wait to return!
