Le Clos des Rives

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Le Clos des Rives in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 35 per hour applies for arrivals between 19:00 and 23:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Towels can be rented for EUR 7 per person per stay. Dogs under 30 kg are allowed for an extra charge of EUR 80 per week. Please note that cats are not accepted on site. You will need to make a bank transfer before your arrival. The property will contact you after you book to give you more information. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sat 16 Oct 2021 until Sat 14 May 2022
