Castel Regina

We stayed overnight in this hotel last Saturday on the way home from a two week holiday in Spain. My car, one of three in our group, broke down about an hour and a half away from the hotel and my family took my children and our dog onto the hotel while my husband and I dealt with garages and insurance. The rest of my family arrived very late and they kept the restaurant open and prepared a wonderful supper for them. They then waited up until 1am when my husband and I arrived by taxi. The rooms were very comfortable and well appointed and the breakfast the next morning was excellent. They then assisted me with finding a car hire company the next morning and we eventually left in two cars and left our cases with them to be picked up by a courier at a later date. Nothing was too much bother. I have now asked them to print out and attach labels to the outside and tuck one inside our cases which will be collected sometime on Tuesday. Throughout nothing has been a problem and Celine who works on reception, in particular, has been a total joy and delight to us in difficult circumstances. Can't recommend highly enough
