We are very pleased with the results of our group stay (38) where everything has been handled by the manager (JMB) and Valérie, as well as all the staff who have been attentive, attentive, smiling, available.

Car Rally

In a week-long workshop, I greatly appreciated the quality of the kitchen and the kindness of the staff... but I regretted the lack of cleanliness of the rooms where the dust, spider webs and live insects crushed on the walls or even in the shower left me with a huge sense of mess.

That's a mixed opinion.

Nice quiet and characterful location.Avoidable staff.Simple but proper kitchen.Copylike breakfast.Sweet evening animations.Possibility to hike, access to the runway dam on foot.

Staying in the country

A good point for the breakfast room which is apart from the big groups, very noisy, even inconvenient, who have even drummed into our room doors (before they hide) and who do not respect the charter displayed at the reception about the harm. Bravo to Valeria for its professionalism. We return there on October 40 for a good car rally!!!!! we will see

Tour of Britain

We're back at the Vicomté Manor from a week ago, we went there about 8 years ago and we liked it, that's why we came back, only when we arrived on Sunday afternoon around 3:30, after 550 km someone at the reception had to wait until 5:00, I called the number shown but no one, already there was no content, the lady who was supposed to welcome us arrived a little before 5:00, we shared our remarks because we weren't up to the schedule, but we arrived in our room, it was the room!

disappointment on arrival

A beautiful, stunning building from the outside and in a quiet location - and the rooms were very clean. However, it was a slightly odd stay. The reception is only open at limited times so it's difficult to get information. We had to go into the kitchen to find someone to ask a question in the early evening. They did not know the answer so we had to wait for the barman to arrive. He turned up to open the bar at 9pm (half an hour later than advertised). While the staff were perfectly pleasant, it feels like somewhere that was once a hotel and is now just going through the motions. We were glad not to be staying longer. Bearing all this in mind, and the old fashioned decor, we felt it was overpriced. More like a hostel than a hotel.

Misleading

The location is beautiful, in a very quiet part of the town. It is a little bit out so you will need the car, bike, bus or feet to get there. You can rent bike for 7€ per day (5€ per half day), the outside is awesome but the rooms  looks like a school...it is very clean and the staff is very friendly but 70€ is for sure too much. But anyway it is difficult to find something cheaper and so nice in town.
