The hotel is quite old, but the tenants are very nice and very nice, the only big problem is the quality of the rooms, apart from that, I recommend a night in the hallway, but seriously, a little rain would be fine, no welcome, we took possession of the place directly, through the bar and the restaurant, which were obviously closed, but we had a very good night, thank you again.

Nice, but weird.

We had chosen this hotel for 2 adults for a very short stay in order to visit Dinard and it was moderate. The hotel is actually relatively well located: 10 minutes' walk from the center. So perfect to leave his car. As for the price, it was reasonable (<70€/night) especially for a weekend of the Ascension. However, the room's amenities were far from the description: - no toilets and bathroom in the room! - no housekeeping done: big mitons everywhere, dirty sheets - very surprising electric configuration - very poor mattresses - very poor quality mattresses: just mattresses! The room was also very, very insomniac: we could hear the neighbors turn around in their beds... We shared our surprise and displeasure with the hotel who did not visit the room, and Brefil did not have any interest in the owner.

No, it's not.

Small hotel with only 8 rooms, our room is a bit dated and small. Very small bathroom and toilet axis I would say change everything very clean. Everything very clean. Breakfast at 7.30 with fresh orange squeeze, delicious croissants... maybe the best I've eaten on this trip, fresh bread, jam packed. Courtesy and availability of the owner. Easy to find parking in the neighborhood. I know other rooms have been partially renovated. If you could improve them all, this hotel would be a really small candy store.

Hotel quiet and clean but very brief room, 1 bed lamp for 2 beds, hard mattress, no hair dryer... Shower without the shower bar to lay the shower apple so not at all convenient.

Disappointing

Just comfort (isolation to be reviewed, minimal accommodation) but clean and sufficient for 1 short stay. welcoming staff, parking, wifi, beach nearby.

Nice hotel for a short stay

Small hotel in a quiet area of Dinard. The rooms have been refurbished and are very clean. The managers and staff are very friendly. The breakfast is plenty, there is a parking lot. The restaurant is not open on weekends. Be careful when booking: some rooms have private bathrooms and toilets on the floor... this can be a concern for some!

It's a great hotel, stayed here for one night. The hotel is small and is located in an old mansion, opposite a free parking lot, which is very convenient for motorists. The rooms are quite spacious, all clean and cozy, considering the place, you can even say atmospheric. The hotel is located quite far from the city center and the beach, walking to the center of the city, more than half an hour. The staff were friendly and friendly, the communication left positive memories and this is taking into account the absolute ignorance of French, and the staff of English.
