The hotel staff were very nice and friendly, especially the lady that was on when I checked in (unfortuately I did not get her name). She spoke very good english which was a great help. The hotel is about 10 mins walk from the Jaude centre. It is close to a busy flyover which we had a good view of from room 26, but we didnt really hear much noise from the traffic so had a good nights sleep.
