Fantastic place in the heart of Chamonix. This place exceeded all expectations, we stayed here from 12/30/23 to 1/2/24. Beautiful, clean, spacious and modern. Before arrival, got a call from one of the caretakers (Yan) and had a brief meeting before we settled in. The building has a separate ski gear and boots room along with super convenient wine and food shops on the ground floor. Televisions (with DVD) in each room, excellent bathrooms and perfectly decorated. The location is in the heart of the village, walkable to shops, restaurants and ski rentals. I highly recommend this residence and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if by chance I'm in the area again.
