This was the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel; the first time in the gîte and this year in a hotel room. It was lovely, especially after several days walking and staying in refuges. The room was clean and nicely decorated in wood panelling. The staff are welcoming and funny. The breakfast is a plentiful buffet. It’s in a central location close to the Bains and to cafes, restaurants and the local market. Room 2 can pick up a bit of noise from people in the corridor as it is opposite the main landing on the 1st floor but no one was making any noise late at night or too early in the morning.
